The Average Human

This is a mad place, we run a freaked out rat race,
Gone is that grace, everyone now wants a space,
Space in the wall, of the eternal greatness hall,
Best human of all, remembered ever after we fall.

We fell deep down, hells where we fight for a crown,
Ignorantly drown, and die and live in that brown.
Browned by fire, seeking to be unique on the pyre,
Stringing our lyre, walking drunk in our illusory mire.

Measuring our biceps, tracking and counting steps,
Shooting our preps, shouting out about our streps,
Going far for pics, on our way back, making picks,
Walking by sticks, deep verses on how the dog licks.

In our mad hall, is one average human who does all,
Covers every stall, dreams and actions both small.
Who's really different, we all row the same current?
Unique is indifferent, and all of us, well, recurrent.

You all fail, the average human will now set sail,
Lots of mail, all read "the average human, Hail!!!"

Introverted

Many known faces, we stand alone in the tram,
Wanting to be famous, in the deserts of Instagram.
We aren't travelling, but keep on clocking miles,
Future is unravelling, see the scars under our smiles.

Our laughs and wails, you'd truly hear us in the bar,
drinking cocktails, as we wish for a wishing star.
We shoot and snap, memories we regret tomorrow,
We wouldn't swap, an empty nothing for our sorrow.

We do take stress, our hearts might look like steel,
We don't express, but deep inside, we still feel.
Tend to refrain, from showing out love or pain,
Stress and strain, that we might get hurt again.

Look around you, my dearest fathers and mothers,
Are they in view? Those seeking attention of others?
Am I wrong, to be silently subdued in a deadly calm?
Am I strong, to be giving myself the attention alm?

You attention freaks, we like to just go with the flow,
The silence speaks, nothing to say, no wind to blow.
